The concept is utterly new: creating ice cream in cryogenic ways, inside a renovated warehouse in San Pedro Garza Garcia, Mexico. The interior concept by Jacob Gomez is based on the spectacle of the preparation experience the customer can be part of: everything happens by the big ice cream station with stand mixers and liquid nitrogen tanks. The design combines industrial look with “retro” references: the led sign is installed with reference to vintage carnival signs , while the colorful nitrogen tanks recall shapes and colors of original kitchen appliances from the 50’s.
